How Yes No ist ein Post Punk / Art Punk / Wave Power-Trio aus Zagreb, Kroatien. Ihre Songs – kurz, funky, punky, chaotisch und direkt auf den Punkt gebracht – erinnern an Minuteman, Gang of Four, Lithics, Duds, Uranium Club usw. Die Band selbst wurde während des Lockdowns im Jahr 2020 gegründet, aber die Bandmitglieder sind erfahrene Street Cats der DIY- / Punk-Szene. Das wirkliche Leben wurde der Band 2022 geschenkt, als die EP «Small talk» zusammen mit dem Musikvideo für den Song «Under the rug» veröffentlicht wurde. Seither touren sie sehr aktiv. Their songs, short, funky, punky, chaotic and straight to the point are reminiscent of Minuteman, Gang of Four, Lithics, Duds, Uranium club and so on. The band itself was formed during lockdown in 2020 but the band members are seasoned street cats of the DIY/punk scene. The real life was given to the band in 2022 when the EP »Small talk» was released along with the music video for the song »Under the rug». Lua Jungck (she/her) lives and works as an artist in Zurich. With a background as a jazz pianist, Lua has been focusing on her work as an electronic and improvising musician for several years. Two constantly intertwining ways of working are at the center of her practice – solo as a producer and collaborative in improvisation. With her solo music she focuses on harsh sounds and deconstructed rhythms, trying to grasp the abstraction, lonelyness and brutality of late capitalism in 2024 and shape it into her own soundtrack.

Call Me Honey, ist eine relativ neue Band von nicht ganz neuen Musikerinnen und Musikern (The Omedas, Wazomba, Drujba, Budget Boozers etc.) aus Biel.

Düstere, eindringliche Songs, die unter die Haut gehen. Schwermütiger Gesang, unterlegt vom Herzschlag von

Bass und Schlagzeug, die das Blut durch die Adern pumpen. Eine Gitarre kratzt mal dreckig die Haut auf, dringt

dann wieder sehnsüchtig in die Seele ein, während eine hypnotische Geige Gänsehaut macht. Schwermütige Musik

mit Wurzeln in Rock, Folk, Blues aus der ganzen Welt, gespielt mit einer Punk-Attitüde, angereichert mit einem

Schuss Elektronik.

«Noise punk from Zurich. Vague Visions sound draws heavily from post-punk, drone, kraut- and post-rock. We concentrate our efforts in threading the needle between gloomy, atmospheric soundscapes and sonic chaos, incorporating the use of various alternative tunings and effects. The aforementioned elements are then evenly distributed between multiple guitar players, allowing to craft massive walls of sound and dissonance, which are then complemented by earthshaking bass lines and a carefully thought-out, highly-intricate drum-work.»

(Fabbriche Riunite di Fisarmoniche ist ein 1946 gegründeter Hersteller von Elektronika mit Sitz in Osimo, Italien) Alte Computergeräte wie Joysticks und Arcade-Buttons schreddern den Poppy-Grumpy-Elektro-Zirkus in die nächste Umlaufbahn. Das Ein-Pilot-Projekt: playmob.il! Klampfe in der Tasche gelassen, ON Knopf gedrückt, Musik gestartet, nach oben gezogen.
