StePper turns dance into sound and sound into movement. Using his body as a sequencer, he triggers and beat-matches samples in real time, blurring the line between DJ, dancer, and instrument. Rooted in New York club culture, his performance moves between noise, rave, flesh, and algorithm.

Hing
Laidback unity music connector / DE

Hing moves through music with warmth, curiosity, and a soft sense of connection. Based in Zürich and involved in Zentralwäscherei, he co-curates the Outsiders Residency on Kiosk Radio and hosts Domestic Mind Wandering on Callshop Radio. His world drifts between community spaces, odd obsessions, everyday rituals, and laidback selections made to bring people together.

SQUARE VENTURA 

Square Ventura verbindet Disco-Beats mit Alternative-Rock-Klängen, untermalt von einer zeitgenössischen elektronischen Note. Mit einem Sound, der zwischen Nostalgie und Futurismus hin und her wechselt, vermitteln sie eine unverwechselbare Energie. Ein minimalistischer Analog-Synthesizer, holprige Melodien, ein mitreißender Beat und ein kraftvoller Bass schaffen eine Klanglandschaft, die zugleich rau und hypnotisch ist.

Davor und danach am DJ-Pult Das Konsumopossum, Besitzer einer riesigen Plattensammlung. Wir sind gespannt, welche Scheiben er uns mitbringt! Es wird gut!

Cosmic Vomit feels like being stuck on a space carousel for hours at a worn down theme park. Distorted vocals by two cosmonauts in distress clash against primitive beats and a bass shooting laser beams. Ja, genau so. Aber die beiden Kosmonauten aus Zürich sind mit neuem Kassettli am Start in der Boschbar und das kommt noch eine Ecke rauer, trotz des fast schon niedlichen Titels living with animals. Fuzzy, laut, ekstatisch. Ein perfekter Abschluss für den Montagsblues…

… wobei halt, den Abschluss und die rettende Brücke zum von unten angekokelten Dienstag macht ja erst:

Am späten Montagabend wird ein neuer DJ-Stern über dem BOSCHbar-Himmel in die rauchige Luft steigen. Urs Braendlin aka DJ NIVEAU MAN wird zwei gut geschmierte DJ-Sets aus der Büxe lassen. Von Dub bis Minimal gibt es einen Steigerungslauf bis die Füsse brennen. 🔥🔥

ECYCE
ecyce macht Shoegaze mit Einflüssen aus Post-Rock, Emo und Punk. Harte Riffs, donnerende Drums, eine Menge Feedback und in Reverb getränkte Gitarren Leads treffen auf Vocals welche von Sprechgesang Passagen fliessend ins Schreien wechseln. Die Texte variieren im Grade der Ernsthaftigkeit. Humor muss vorhanden sein, aber verletzliche Ehrlichkeit darf auch mal sein. Wie so oft: Balance machts aus.
Die Band setzt sich aus bereits aktiven Musikern der Schweizer Szene zusammen: Aurelia Kapfer (Blanche Biau), Josip Tijan (THYMIAN), Yancey Aguilar (Sun Dera), Elio Monn (Hydrophobics) und Darius Talaat (Superdark). Quasi die unbekannteste Supergroup aus Zürich.

Sneila ist ein Sound-Performance-Duo mit Basis in Zürich und Luzern, bestehend aus Mario Scialdone (keine/they) und Eva Talesia Maspoli (sie/they). Ihre Praxis verbindet rhythmischen Noise, fragmentierte Alltagsgeräusche und rohe Synthesizerklänge. Aus strukturiertem Chaos und improvisatorischer Offenheit entstehen dichte, immersive Klanglandschaften zwischen Ritual und Auflösung. In ihren Performances wird der Raum zu einem instabilen Feld, in dem Publikum und Umgebung in ein kollektives, körperliches Erleben hineingezogen werden. Sneilas Arbeit ist geprägt von einer Sensibilität für das Surreale, das Körperliche und das Atmosphärische. Sie kanalisieren die dissonanten Energien der Gegenwart in klangliche und performative Gesten, die zugleich intim und überwältigend wirken und sich frei zwischen Experimentalkonzert, Installation und Performancekunst bewegen.

Perched on the edge of a volcano, Régis sings like an era collapsing in slow motion. Electropop becomes pressure, industrial becomes heat: sharp melodies, scorched textures, and a voice that says goodbye to easy ideas and comfortable illusions. After L’Enfer c’est nous—an album caught in the lockdown trap and barely lived onstage—he disappeared into four years of silence, doubt, and the classic “so… are you done with music?” questions.

Now he’s back with new momentum: life moved, love broke and rebuilt, a child arrived, and with it the need for something closer, more direct, almost skin-to-skin. Régis doesn’t just perform—he plugs into his own network and sends the current straight into bodies and hearts. Beauty in the tremors. Everyone touching, everyone together, all against all.

isi! treats the club as a place to rethink how we live—where emotion and desire make a crowd into a community. She plays for impact, not conformity: grounding bass, vocals with intent, and cuts that jump across time and genre—raw, unpredictable, and built for connection rather than control.

For over twenty-five years, she’s helped build the spaces where this freedom can exist: RHIZOM Festival, Summer Camp, Deviant Spectrum, CLUBBÜRO, DECONSTRUCTION CLUB, CB-Lab. Not to repeat systems, but to question them and make room for new ones to grow. Her sets test trust—intensity with care, risk with release. For Boshbar: heat up, bodies negotiating through bass, desire stated out loud, movement rising from curiosity.

Kessler/Kolb (Askomandoura, Musette de Cour, Glocken, Elektronik)

Mitte Februar begrüssen wir herzlich das Duo Kessler/Kolb (ZH) in der Bosch! Traditionelle Dudelsack-Instrumente treffen auf Programmed Noise:

Florian Kolb spielt Schlagzeug, Kontrabass, Violone und verschiedene Dudelsäcke. Er setzt stilistisch keine Grenzen, und eine improvisatorisch fast schon naive Herangehensweise ist Kern seiner Praxis.

Bei seinen Projekten und Arbeiten legt er grossen Wert darauf, diese Vielfalt an Einflüssen konzeptuell und thematisch zu verbinden. Er organisiert unter anderem Events mit dem Kollektiv #workoutjazz, wofür es den Förderpreis des Kantons Zürich erhalten hat, spielt in diversen Bands und performt mit den «raucous babies» in Theatern.

Räto Kessler ist ein Zürcher Musiker. Er ist hauptsächlich in der freien Improvisationsszene Zürichs aktiv und spielt mit verschiedenen Künstler*innen in unterschiedlichen Ad-hoc-Formationen. Mit einem autodidaktischen Ansatz ist Räto ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Klängen und neuen Wegen, sie zu erzeugen.

Er spielt hauptsächlich Gitarre, ist aber auch ein vielseitiger Elektronikmusiker mit einem starken Interesse an elektroakustischer und digitaler Computermusik. In letzter Zeit beschäftigt er sich intensiv mit Audioprogrammierung und interdisziplinären Auftritten mit Tänzer*innen.

Born in a stolen theory room inside Biel’s abandoned stadium, Sérotonine turns sweat-soaked walls and chalkboard tactics into acid rave and post-pop electricity. With roots stretching from Brussels to La Chaux-de-Fonds and everywhere in between, they traded amps and drums for synths, sharp hooks, and playful chaos. Dutch and gabber included, because somehow it works.

DJ for mental breakdown / Zürich

Sellyourmania powers up the spaceship and pulls you into nervous breakbeats, jungle tension, and shadowy D&B pressure that doesn’t let go. A Swiss-Chinese DJ, musician, record collector, and raver, she is part of the duo Minerali and hosts the monthly Furka Radio show “Tagebuch der Sequenzer,” inviting producers and DJs into a more experimental zone. Classically trained as a pianist, she moves fast, precise, and cosmic.
